Five Reviewable QC Stages

We document practical quality checkpoints from raw material arrival to final shipment so each project can be reviewed against its agreed structure, artwork, and packing requirements.

01

IQC (Incoming)

incoming material check for resin, films, foil, ink, and supplier paperwork before warehousing.

02

IPQC (In-Process)

in-process inspection for printing registration, lamination thickness, curing status, and line setup.

03

Lab Review

seal integrity review, barrier target checks, peel strength review, and sample testing based on project scope.

04

FQC (Final Check)

finished pouch audit for dimensions, visual defects, zipper or fitment placement, and packing quantity.

05

OQC (Outgoing)

outgoing shipment check for cartons, labels, packing records, and project-specific material declarations.

Laboratory & External Evidence Support

Internal checks support routine production review, while third-party testing support such as SGS or equivalent labs can be arranged when a buyer needs external evidence for a defined structure or market.
