A planning window is confirmed per order/project during quotation, and repeat orders are typically easier to schedule once specifications and files are already approved.

Material structures are reviewed per project against your product, barrier, and shelf-life requirements, with common options including PET, BOPP, Nylon, aluminum foil, and barrier films. Lower-impact options such as recyclable-ready mono-materials and kraft paper laminates can be reviewed when your final structure supports them.
Food-contact suitability depends on the selected structure, packed product, and target market. We can support projects with FDA/EU material declarations, traceability records, and third-party FDA/EU migration testing support where required.
Yes. Pouches can be made in a wide range of sizes and custom die-cut shapes through selected partner factories, with shape feasibility confirmed per project before sampling. Artwork and dieline review can be scoped with an active inquiry or order. Printing setup and proofing costs depend on the selected production path.
Gravure printing (up to 10 colors) and digital printing are both available; the production route is matched per order based on volume and how stable your artwork is. Finishes include matte, gloss, and soft-touch.

DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) may be available for some destinations; its feasibility and the allocation of customs clearance and import duty responsibilities are confirmed in the written quotation or contract for each order.
